Today when I went shopping with a friend I realized that there actually is a eco-hype. Working in the fashion industry with an eco-brand I thought that there were just rumours. But I went to both TopShop and H&M and found organic cotton jersey! I just love it!

TopShop has People Tree as their choice of fair trade and organic cotton brand. Unfortunately the selection isn’t that wide so you can’t exactly buy your whole wardrobe there.

At H&M I found this really cute jersey top with print. They are starting to use more organic cotton according to a pressrelease.

And later when a friend is regreting that she’s all over Gudrun Sjödén at the moment, in Sweden seen as a middle age culture-woman. I mean we’re in our twenties, we don’t want to be middle aged. But of course she’s got great stuff also. You can find high fashion things from all brands almost, you just need how to find them.

Anyhow, there I’m looking around and yes, she also have this ecojersey! And it looks like a good basic top.
